Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using the app "Outfit van de dag", these terms will automatically apply to you.

1. User Accounts & User Generated Content (UGC)

You are responsible for the photos and content you upload. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to process it to provide the outfit generation service.

Strictly Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, hateful, or infringing on intellectual property rights. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for such content.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to permanently ban users who upload such content. Content is moderated to ensure safety for all users.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

This app offers a "Pro" subscription via In-App Purchases.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account Charged: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) after purchase.

3. Liability & AI Disclaimer

Our service uses Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning) to recognize clothing items and algorithms to suggest outfits.

Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally misidentify an item (e.g., mistaking a shirt for a jacket). You can usually correct this manually in the app.

Styling: Outfit suggestions are generated automatically. We do not guarantee that every outfit will be perfectly stylish or appropriate for every occasion. Use your own judgment.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
